Want to learn to lose weight? Congratulations - most people just jump on the latest diet bandwagon when they want to lose weight, without putting much thought into it.
Then they're crushed and disheartened when they inevitably fall off the diet a few weeks (or days) later. But if you take some time and put some thought into it, you're more assured of weight loss success - especially over the long term.
Think about this - nobody builds a house without first sitting down and calculating the cost, thinking about what design they want, how many rooms, etc. Why then do we just jump into a diet or grab the latest diet pill?
